Spacer System

IntegraGuard RHEO spacer system effectively displaces drilling fluid in the annulus, providing optimal conditions for cement placement.

This water-based spacer enhances effective mud removal by providing adequate friction pressure and improved mud/spacer/cement compatibilities, helping to improve the cement bond. Weighted IntegraGuard RHEO spacer systems are stable over a wide temperature range, ensuring minimal weighting agent settling, even in long horizontal applications. Its rheological properties can be easily adjusted to meet the well requirements by altering polymer concentrations, ensuring ideal friction hierarchy and reducing cement channeling. 

IntegraGuard RHEO spacer polymer is provided in a liquid concentrate, making it easy to prepare on the rig site. With the aid of different surfactant packages, the UB spacer system can be used with a wide range of non-aqueous drilling fluids.
